This tazer / taser is a ultimate rewrite of realrbn's Tazer.
It is fully optimized and it should be safe.

- Client ragdolls only: no big network usage = less lag.
- No respawn after being tazed: characters are restored exactly as they were, including their weapons.
- Ragdolls really look like tazed characters, except model scale and decals.
- Non-scripted machine & huge NPCs are blacklisted.
- DarkRP CP members cannot taze other CP members.
- Compatible with Sandbox, DarkRP and others.
- Compatible with GMod Legs.
- Displays tazed characters in server log.
- Secondary attack only affects ragdolls that have been tazed by the attacking tazer.
- Secondary attack resets the 7-second wake-up timer so you can fully listen to players' explanations.
- Cute 3rd-person view.
- Cleaned up code.

- You need to install realrbn's Tazer, because I would never steal code or models!
- The weapon class is realrbn_tazer_mr
- For now, damaging the ragdoll will not damage the tazed character.
- For now, this tazer is not compatible with the TTT gamemode.
