It's simple. Stockpile cash up to $380 or $500, by using weapons for those who wish to be truely Notorious (Brass Knuckles are the best, use them to punch the weapons out of the non notorious scrubs's hands and sell them at Disarm zones to further help your team! Put on a Top Hat to help with getting Notoriety! Feel free to use weapons such as the Colt Navy, Volcanic or Derringers as they give a lot.)

Once you have enough cash, buy a Walker or 2 at Spawn or at a Buy Zone (which become much cheaper, Dual Walkers are normally $500, but around $378 at a Buy Zone. Kill a few people with it, and head for a Disarm zone provided you don't get shot in the back. Selling Dual Walkers gives your team $100!
