Mega-Cold – Extreme cold that can kill you in minutes if you’re not wearing insulated gear or near a source of heat.

Tip: A torch can provide a small boost of heat if you’re not near any other sources.


Mega-Heat – The opposite of mega-cold, mega heat will quickly fry and dehydrate you if you don’t stay near the water and/or have heavy flak or chitin armor on.

Tip: You should try to stay near water if you can, as submersing yourself in it will provide a quick cool down.

Acid Rain – Acid rain that will slowly drain your HP and armor durability.


Tip: The Acid Rain will not kill you but remember if you removed insulated armour the heat or cold can.

Carnivore Dino Drop – A random species of carnivorous dinosaurs are dropped on the player.
Tip: The dinosaurs dropped are usually lvl 1 and can be quickly tamed.


Survivor Tracker – Places a large yellow pillar above the location of every player still alive.



Predator Night – The aggression range of all dino's is increased.



Survivor Revealer – Places a large yellow pillar above the last location of every player still alive. Does not follow you.

Tip: Leave your current location


Mega-Fog – An intense fog that blankets the entire arena. This fog makes it almost impossible to see where you’re going.


Beast Within – Sends all of the wild creatures into a frenzy setting them to aggressive. Approaching any non-tamed dinosaur will cause them to attack you on sight.


ARKtic Monkeys – Drops aggressive poop-throwing mesopithecus on the players. Don't bother, they can't be tamed.


The Swarm – amount of deadly flies are multiplied by 8.



Harvest Famine – Reduces the rate at which you harvest materials.

Day/ Night Swap – Not really a helpful, but this one swaps day with night or night with day.



Herbivore Drop – A random species of herbivores is dropped just like the carnivore drop except it’s plant eaters this time.


Harvest Bounty – Greatly increases the rate at which you harvest materials such as stone, wood, metal and berries.


Super Loot Crate – An large crate of goods that falls in the center platform which contains large numbers of goods like guns and flak armor.


Supply Overload – Red beacons drop around the map in a circular fashion, containing useful supplies and weapons.


Double Taming – Doubles the speed at which creatures are tamed while it is active. Useful for trying to tame animals like broncos that take some time.


Food of the Gods – A large beacon that falls in the center platform containing 3 "kibble" that will insta-tame any creature.


Hail to the King – Explosives will drop out of the sky such as c4.
