when first entering the manor, turn left into the bedroom and the gramophone will be on top of a set of drawers.

Second gramophone

the next one is to the left as you enter the chapel sitting infront of the vending machine.

Third gramophone

The last one is sitting on a crate on the stairs where you go down to the basement to the last dragon. once you've used that you'll hear the classical music kick in.
