Videos/basic outlines
Each of these videos demonstrates a very practical route to getting the best rating, which means you will be killing people, albeit within rating-acceptable parameters. Understand that in Saboteur mode you may be able to knock out or kill far more than I do in the video. This is not as strict as it may seem, so much as it is my videos showing the most minimalist, yet realistically obtainable approach.

Make sure to leave annotations on, as I use them to explain the nuances of each level and the steps taken to complete them.

Lightning
Expect to do plenty of crawling in this level, and understand that knocking people out to provide better openings is completely within tolerance.
I'm very careful in this video to avoid activating patrols at bad times, allowing for fewer knockouts, so if you don't take such a precise route it's entirely possible you may need to stun more guards.

King's Riddle
This is the toughest level in the entire game to do on Saboteur difficulty.
Make absolutely sure you bring a suppressed rifle and poison.
Sniping the enemies into the water in the submarine area is entirely necessary, and if you can't manage to push the second one in through a smoke pot distraction you may very well have to find alternate means through the use of distraction to escape and enter.
There's no easy way to say this, but this is where the men and the boys get separated.
Bright side is that if you beat this you're entirely ready for the rest of the game.

White Head
A simple level, but handling the boxes will take time.
Make sure to bring a sniper, and understand that unless you're interested in knocking some people out you can only use the backdoor by letting the soldier walk in and out of it, since opening it yourself will make noise the soldier washing the floor will hear.

Dora
This one is probably the easiest level in the game; the very moment the level starts you have an accident opening on the scientist, and instead of using the sleeping suitcase strategy I do you can just as easily break in through the basement and take care of things that way.
There are faster and more interesting ways of doing this level, I just show off the most practical and least noisy one.

Polish Surprise
Bring poison.
This one is tight, but your knockout tolerance is high enough that you shouldn't have to worry.
Nothing amazing to mention, just follow the fundamentals you've learned thus far.

Shefferd
This is the tough one.
The woman in the back of the house doesn't move until you get the propane tank or suitcase, for some reason, so take care of that first.
From there, understand it's entirely possible to just knock out the FBI guard in the back and stash him in the box outside instead of throwing the dishes to the ground like I do in the video.
Understand that to sneak in the hallways of the third floor you will need to know the pattern of enemy head movement during idle guarding. This is as tight as it gets, constantly.
And most importantly, only carry one body across the board, and only at the very last possible point.
It is entirely possible to ♥♥♥♥ yourself out of a wolfhound rating by improper solution to the logistics puzzle that is the plank.

Renegades
In the video I stick close just for the hell of it, but you can easily be outside of vision cone distance and still complete objectives.
There isn't much to say since this is one of the easiest levels of the game, with hardly any differences between this and Hard difficulty.
In closing
I may update this to be text based for people who don't have a solid internet connection in the near future, but for the time being I'm not exactly large on free time.

For what it's worth Asriel I have a hard difficulty playthrough run on Youtube that may be more digestible if you haven't played the game before.
You miss a lot of content just playing Saboteur.
I'll be making a disguise guide instead of a standardized one for hard on steam, but it will take more effort, so you may want to consider doing that first.

Detailed and fun to watch. Not really seeing this level of stealth from anyone else right now. Good job V-Man.
