This is the Behemot HDP (Heavy Driling Platform) from Qithe Heavy Industries.

This Giant is capable to drill vertically down a whole 70 meters. It has a storage capacty of over 6 milijon litres It has supportlegs to use while driling. It has a theoretical top speed of 360 km/h, however a recomended speed 50-70 km/h is the way to go. With its wide suspension, this 8x8 can handle a left right axle height difference of 25 meters and slopes up to 26 degrees(with no cargo)
