Mini Power Plant has 10% of the power, cost, and pollution of the standard Oil power plant. It is ideal for small cities, distant neighbourhoods and islands, or just to add variety to your city's power plants. It is so small and clean that you can place it close to residential areas.

It is built on the Oil plant template, but does not require any oil. I thought it would be a modern flex-fuel or gas power plant.
