One person told me about the idea of changing the greeting on my server. We found a discussion about change MOTD.

MOTD as currently implemented is pretty much useless. Killing Floor is an example of a properly implemented MOTD system. So honestly, it is not worth your time or effort.

You change the MOTD in the PCServer-PrimalCarnageGame.ini

This is an example of a MOTD on one of our servers.

As for the MOTD, you can find it in DefaultGame.ini or PCServer-PrimalCarnageGame.ini, depending on the way you host the server.

After a couple of attempts, I knew how to change the MOTD.

Go to %YourSteamFolder%\steamapps\common\Primal Carnage Extinction\PrimalCarnageGame\Config\PCServer. You must open file PCServerGame.ini

Paste on the empty place of file, for example
Save file, and run server

IF U WANT TO EDIT MOTD AFTER PASTE IN PCServerGame.ini, FIND OPTION IN PCServer-PrimalCarnageGame.ini

If you did everything right, the result will be like in the screenshot below

Messages that will be broadcast to the server every X seconds, such as teamspeak or website information.
1. Open file "PCServerGame.ini"
2. Add on the empty place of file this
Delay set in seconds(3600 max.)
Message should be written in inverted commas
IF U WANT TO EDIT IT AFTER PASTE IN PCServerGame.ini, FIND OPTION IN PCServer-PrimalCarnageGame.ini
