Adds Jhin - The Virtuoso's voice to the game.

Jhin has one of the coolest voices in League of Legends, so I made a voicepack. For when you need that cool psychopath mentality for when the situation hits the fan. This voice pack has about 190 voice lines. If you spot any bugs, let me know in the comments section.

Since the mod creation, I have added new lines and done quality of life fixes. Check change notes for more details.

Planned Voice Packs: Japanese Taric, Gangplank, Super Galaxy Rumble, Tahm Kench, Dunkmaster Darius

Process:

All sound files were downloaded in .ogg form from the "Quotes" page on Jhin's Wiki:
http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Jhin

Audacity was used to convert from .ogg into .wav, which is the file type Unreal Editor uses. Audacity was also used to add the radio-effect using the equalizer with the "telephone" curve.

@2themax late answer but #1 Rule of X-Com modding: always always Always use the Alternative Mod Launcher (AML). The 2k launcher is barely working as is and being able to run your modded game with it's modloader is first and foremost luck.

Strangely enough I can't find the Jhin's voicepack in the modloader for the 2k launcher. Can you specify what's the mod's name for it or do I have to find a way to enable it?

Any chance of getting this released with a unique Mod ID? "ExampleVoicePack" is causing conflicts with any other packs that didn't change it from default either.
