These are MGS4 Haven Troopers, also known as FROGs
The mod adds a haven trooper torso option for females, and pants and arms options to plop the arms and legs on regular torsos.

Note: according to several reports this is unusable on mac computers, so you'll have to be on a windows comp to use it.

I downloaded the mod, but the parts of the outfit doesn't show up in the character creation, does anyone has some tips to help me out?

@Indipotter yeah, i know this one exists, but the model is way worse than this one right here. This vanilla mod actually looks like straight from mgs4
