You need have vanilla version of the game (not steam's beta version "dsptde 2.0")

If you wanna make DSfix and Watchdog work together than you need:
1) unpack both those rars and open unpacked folders
2) open ur DATA directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition\DATA)
3) drag and drope ALL (include readme, don't why know it is neccessary on my system) files from Opened unpacked DSfix folder into Opened DATA folder
4) drag and drop files from Opened unpacked DS Watchdog folder into Opened DATA folder (I chosed "do not replace the same files")
5) Run the game.
6) If game crashes at first time then run the game again. I don't why it crashes at first time.
7) change options as you want in DSPWSteam.ini and DSfix.ini files without changing options about ".dll"s
