v4.0 - Added additional stuff from Halo 5 and implemented some RNG to a few props, I'll add more in time

After some long hiatus, I've decided to get back into the swing of things. While a lot has been left alone in this addition, much of it has been clean up. In addition to this I've reconstructed some images from the Halo games to look brand new.

This addition mainly contains additions from Halo 5: Guardians. I'm still working on more currently, but I thought I'd release what I have and update it more frequently. I plan on implementing some RNG into this.That is once I actually figure that out :P

@Lysander, so I was able to rip a whole bunch of textures from H2A and while you have a lot of them here, they are higher quality from in game. I'd love to update them and give this mod some more love. I'm wanting to do computer screen rng with multiple different messages and just add even more to this as well. Can I re-release this once I complete the work? It will be a retexture of the retexture + more.

@Delta-116 It retextures a lot of miscellaneous props as well as the ingame billboards and posters. In the interest of being modular, it conflicts with some of my existing texture replacers since it also contains them as well

So what all does this replace, exactly? It seems to be causing a lot of conflicts.

interesting. I don't mind if you use some of the textures from my earlier Halo poster replacer mod for this one
