FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)

Q: What is EU server?

A: EU server is a newly added server that is separate from the original (US) server. This server is added to provide reliable game experience to players from EU region.


Q: Who is allowed to enter the EU server?

A: Any Piercing Blow Steam user can enter the EU server. However if you are entering the server from the region out of EU, you may not expect reliable game experience. Therefore, If you are playing PB from North America we strongly suggest you to play in the US server.


Q: How do I enter the EU server?

A: Simply clicking the tab with EU symbol from the main menu will let you enter the EU server.


Q: My account has been initialized in the EU server! What happened?

A: As the server is being managed separately from the original server, the account data is being managed separately as well. Therefore, all the data, including rank, exp, record, history, point, cash, and even the character data will not be shared in the EU server, so anyone who does not want to restart the game from the beginning shall remain in the original US server.

I have been trying to install this game. It acts like it is downloading but before it completes, it pauses. When you click on "Resume" it says "committing" and then goes back to "Download Paused" and the "Resume" mode. It never gets to a point where I can play the game.

With the damn update the game doesnt work! after you press the select button, game freezes then gives me the error : cant connect to the server. DUDE it took me fucking 2 weeks to fix the game before this shitty update, now it's fucking unplayable again. FIX YOUR DAMN GAME ALREADY - IT'S A WALKING WRECK.
