From that hole walk about 200 blocks away and dig another hole 6 blocks wide all the way down.
That will create a contained "chunk" in between the 2 holes which you can plant corruption, crimson, and hallow seeds in and let them spread without worry.
I create 3 of these "chunks" next to each other, one for each evil biome.
Focus on the important areas like the surface or near your house, and any other structures you have underground.
But make sure to keep some because you still need souls of light and night for crafting.
Usually what I do is make giant 6 block wide trenches down to the underworld and have that "chunk" as a dedicated hallow area and make another 2 for the corruption and crimson.
No however, I can not help you, I have some other things to do at the moment, sorry!
She sells a item called the "clentaminator", it's a expensive item sitting at a price of 2 platinum plus the cost of ammo but it shoots a giant spray of cleaner that removes hollow, crimson and corruption.
As for fighting the bosses, I would not recommend molten armor, I would go for one of the hardmode ore armors such as Orichalcum(or Mythril) or Adamantite(or Titanium).
Personally I think the destroyer is the easiest because you can build a floating platform not too far off the ground and because of worm mechanics, it can't reach you.
If you don't want to cheap out and want to fight them normally, I would say the twins are the easiest, make a long platform made of dirt or stone with campfires and heart lanterns a long the way for extra healing and just run back and forth.
