This crate just suddenly appeared around the same time that taxes went up, the city's bank accounts were wiped, and the mayor started acting strange. However, people seem to be entranced by its beauty, and they come by regularly to worship it as some type of god.

You don't need water or power. The crate recieves energy from a strange, unknown force. It is eerily silent and doesn't appear to create trash. Multiple crates may appear around the city, provided you have enough funds.
