Introduction
Welcome to the exciting world of Nia.
I created this chart of the first 9 factories a new player will have access to in the game world of Perpetuum. I would like to give special thanks, again, to Zortarg for making his great game guide also found here on Steam. Production is very time consuming and expensive so I will also encourage you to check out my buddy's Agent 9 NIC, in game currency, making guide as well.
Finally here is a link to an older industry guide found on the main game website for further review.

Islands

When you complete your tutorial also called the rookie checklist you will be given a choice of three factions to join. There are the Pellistal, the green guys, that specialize in missiles for combat also known as Truhold Markson. Then we have the Thelodica, the red guys, who specialize in lasers when fighting their enemies. Finally we have the ICS, the blue guys, these are the ones that specialize in fast hit and run attacks with their em guns and autocannon weapons. For purposes of this guide we shall simply call them Blue, Green or Red.

When you do leave the training island you will find yourself teleported to one of the three starter Alpha Islands. These are Attalica for Blue, New Virgina for Green and finally Daoden for Red.
I have placed the islands in the map found above. You can open the map in game at any time by pressing default key M. This will show you all the islands currently available.

These are not all of the islands available to you but the others are Player VS Player controlled Beta Islands and will not be available to everyone unless they join a PVP corporation and that group controls a certain island you might want to visit.
Getting started
Great you are now settled in with your 3 starter robots, one Arke Rookie bot and 2 bigger better bots specific to the faction you have chosen. You will find yourself in a terminal, much the same as the one found in the tutorial. You probably have run some missions, joined general chat, made some new friends and made some NIC. You start to think about what you really want to do in this big open world giant robot stomping game. Maybe you plan on building your own robots, or your own weapons or parts called modules in this game. Great, now hopefully this guide will help you get there.

First thing we need to do is get you moved from your starting Alpha island to the second most common for your faction the Alpha 2 island. For the blue it is Tellis, the red Shinjalar and finally the green on Hershfield. In order to do that we will need to get you into a robot that has more cargo capacity to move all of your hard earned loot in. If you have taken a look at your robots in detail you will notice that each of them have a certain cargo capacity. You can do this by pressing the blue I in your selected robots picture. That is the maximum amount of stuff they can carry. Go ahead and look in your private storage. Now look at your robots, see the number on the bottom right. That is how much cargo space they take up. Go ahead and right click on one that is not the selected robot and select the option to package it. Please note that if you do package a robot to transport or for any reason you lose the insurance on it and will need to buy it again if you so choose. Notice the packaged, boxed up robot takes up a lot less cargo now. If you look at your starting robots you will notice that no matter if you package them up or not the maximum cargo size any of these has is 7.50 units so there is no way to move from one island to the other unless you purchase a new robot.

If you look at the robots available on the market you will find one in the industry section called a sequer. They cost around 1 million NIC to buy, and you will also need about 1 million NIC to train your agent to pilot one. Do not give up hope, it should take you little time to get money for your robot. You will also need to train your agent in following skills called extensions in this game.
basic robotics up to 4
industrial robot control up to 4
industrial robot specialist only need 1 level for now

So lets pretend you have already saved up enough money to both buy a sequer and train your agent to pilot it.
So load up all your hard earned gear in the sequer, notice it has a large cargo hold size 80 and you should have no problems loading everything into it.
Leave the terminal and head to your new home.
The reason you need to leave your starting island before you begin any production is the starting factories all have 0 values for everything related to industry. You will want to get your efficiency higher to waste less rescources when you start to produce things here.
Robots

Okay we now have the first three starter robots and now the new shiny sequer you just bought.
Now lets talk about what you will need to start producing things in games.
The picture above shows the robots, what faction they belong to, the bonus you will get and what purpose they were designed for.

We are only interested in ones for industry at this time so these are going to be the Argano for mining and the Laird for harvesting, plant killing to start with. As you gain more money and skills you can upgrade the robots you use and look at buying or making the Termis for mining and the Gargoyle for harvest.

You really do not want to use the starter rookie bot the Arke for any type of industry functions.
It is far better to make some more money and get the right robot for the job at hand.

Both the Argano and the Laird are fairly easy to obtain in game. Both of them will cost 371,250 NIC a piece. Both of them have small cargo sizes, only 7.50. Once you have your new robot you can take a look at the bonuses they have for the specific task like mining or harvesting. This can be found by looking at the information screen found on each robot. Then you will look at the tab labeled bonuses.
Now lets talk briefly on what skills you will need to train your agent to use these new bots. I apologize but I do not have the exact cost in NIC for these skills handy.

To use both of these robots your agent will need to learn
industrial robot control 1
basic robots 1
industrial robot specialist 1

It just happens that you should have all of these skills already since you bought the sequer to move up here so at least for now there is no additional costs for training.

Once you really start getting going you can buy the Termis and Gargoyle. They are currently a bit harder to find on the market and running on average 15 million NIC each. They have bigger cargo sizes to hold more materials at 15.0 units and you can now buy and use medium modules to gather resources faster. Please note that you will need to have fairly high accumulator skills to use the medium modules since they require more power. So at least 8 in both accumulator size and 8 in energy management pilot skills. Until you have these engine skills high enough do not worry just keep on using small modules instead of medium ones. The skills your agent will need to pilot these robots are
Robot control / industrial robot control 5
Robot control / advanced robotics 1
Basic robotics 4
So this time there will be some additional NIC involved to train your agent.

There are even bigger robots available but you will not have access to them for awhile and they are much more expenisve. You should also be very familiar with the factory and industry side of things by the time you get into these robots so this guide will no longer be all that helpful.

Since the industry side takes up so many extension points many players use the option to create a second character one for combat and one for industry and only spend points for those skills appropriate to each one. They then use both robots at the same time in a common term called boxing.

I use a field container when I mine or harvest. These are common items you can buy on the market for 4011. They are one time use only, last for 91 game minutes and hold an infinite amount of cargo. If you open a field container it will reset the timer back to 91 minutes. It is only after the container has not been accessed for 91 game minutes that it disappears.
To protect your precious resources while you work they are protected by a 4 digit security code you assign when you deploy one. I use my robot for either mining or harvesting, when it is full I place the items in the field container, commonly reffered to as FC in game. Then when I am done mining or harvesting I drive back to the terminal and pilot my sequer over to the field container, transfer the cargo and head back to base.

A final option, if you are lucky enough to find a field terminal, small remote building, nearby your plants or ore deposits you can also drive your robot over to one of these when your cargo gets full and then later come by in your sequer and pick everything up.

Please either dual bot, use a field container or a field terminal when you mine or harvest.
Do not waste precious game time driving back and forth to empty your small cargo in your resource gathering robot. Industry takes a huge amount of resources and the more time you can spend gathering it the faster you can get started.
Terminal

Geez this guy keeps talking and talking and talking.
Seriously though here I am, in my own main terminal as a green pellistal player on the Alpha 2 island of Hershfield.

Please notice I have used the pull down menu found on the right top of the menu to open the industry sections available to you. These are all of the options you will need to use to create or mass produce items in game.

Now for the bad news, you can never get to 100%.
You can get closer to it by improving the agent relations with the faction that owns the terminal.
This is done with running missions. Until you spend extra extension, skills, points when you are successful and complete one mission it will improve the relations with one faction and hurt your relations with one of the others. Keep this in mind and try to balance out and maximize the terminal you want to use for the particular industry option you need to use next.
You can also improve it by training your agent and using extensions.

I have copied this one page out of Zortags game guide to give you a better explanation of how the efficiency works.

Now for the chart you came here to get, this shows the industry process value for each of the 9 main terminals. This number will help to improve your overall efficiency in one of the steps, Factory, Prototype, Recycle, Refinery, Repair and Reverse Engineer.
Terminals Chart

As you can see from the 0 value for all of the industry processes in the starter Alpha islands we had to move you to an Alpha 2 island before we could get started.

The Alpha 2 islands are still player vs. environment, not player vs. player.
They will provide you with a decent bonus in all of your skills, and now hopefully this chart will help you maximize your efficiency and save valuable resources, time and nic.

I am not in a corporation currently, I have not been in a PVP corpoartion at all in the short time I have been here so I have no information on the terminals available to them on the other beta and finally gamma islands.
Summary
In summary the industry part of the MMO Perpetuum is very time consuming, rewarding and fun.
There is no greater pride you can have in the game then to step into a robot you built, using parts you built, using parts you spent hours and many activities to gather and process.

Many players do have two characters one for industry and one for combat.
Please use the right robots for the job you are trying to do.
Robot death is permanent in this game, if you do choose to go to a beta or gamma island you might be killed by another player and lose your robot.

Okay now for the legal speak.

I wrote this game in one night, like 2 am, while mining and stuff in game. It is not going to be perfect from the first pass through.
Please leave a comment below if you notice an error or have something to add and I will be sure to fix it.
I got most of the materials from either in game or Zortargs game guide, which the industry part with the factories is no longer accurate at this time.
I wrote this guide myself, I own the copyright laws pertaining to it.
I do authorize other users to make full use of this guide as long as no money will be gained in the process.
It is my hope that other players will either add this to their own guides in whole or part to make the game easier to understand and better for all the players involved.
