Wafflehut 4x4 Commercial growable L1 by kurtus_mob

Takend directly from the season 2 of Fargo (which I strongly you advise to watch if not already !), here comes the world-famous Waffle Hut !

Separately from the growable version, this one is a specific ploppable building. I tried to add many details regarding the background story, so we can consider this is almost a different asset ! In order to display it properly, you will need few custom props listed beside.
It's 100% decorative, as it does not need electricty nor attract people, that's basically just a crime scene for visual purpose.

Got more or less the same tech specs as the growable, around 1k tris, with illumination map and so... should work fine
