This Unique Building was my Base-Model
All thanx go to the original creator as well.

You can plop this roundabout-park everywhere (it comes along without the roads and is circular). It doesn't need to be attached to a road and that's why I kept it from producing garbage and it can't burn, so it won't cause any trouble.
It is just for optical purposes and has no entertainment effect nor will it attract tourists:

ALL VALUES ARE ZERO, EXCEPT THE COST IS 1000.

I placed this in the middle of a highway (the grass strip) out in the middle of nowhere and then twiddled my thumbs waiting for the lights to come on o.0

parks need electricity to make the lights work. try it out... if it is in a remote part of your city and doesn't have connection to power-supply, i recommend my underground powercables: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=661203887

BTW: If someone is able to create a custom LOD for this asset, i would appreciate to update this roundabout-park. I have no skills in software like "Blender"...
