Convenient Keybinds
By StupendousScorpio66
This guide shows alternative keybinds that feel easier (at least to me). I based them mostly off of the default Planetside 2 keybinds.

Ignore the controller binds/secondary binds.

This hasn't changed much, so it should be ok to work with. The one change I did make was the camera toggle, which conforms with some of the other stuff later on.
Combat

The first few changes are obvious. I figured that since you only switch between 2 weapons, there was no need for the switch weapon key. As for the holster weapon key, I changed that one to Z, the same holster/draw shortcut that SWTOR uses, because I wanted the Q.

As you can see here, the Q now activates SIN view, the same way Planetside 2 uses the q key to call out hostile targets. X is flashlight because it seemed like it belonged beside the holster weapon key. Finally, the middle mouse's clicking now activates the auxiliary weapon the same way Planetside 2 uses it t swipe knife.

I apologize for the strange-looking medical system keybind. It's an extra button on my mouse, and truth be told, it makes all the difference, both in positioning keybinds and having it readily available to click with a slight adjustment to my right thumb. For this, I use the Microsoft Sculpt Comfort mouse, it's bluetooth wireless, cheap, multi surface, and has that extra button or the medical system. If you're not really willing to pay for it, though, I can only suggest sacrificing SIN view and using the default q key, unless you can find something else I missed.
Social

As you can see, I've changed absolutely nothing here. Moving on.
Interface

Here is where most of the rest of the changes are.

It's quite simple, really. Using the middle mouse click for aux freed up G, which I use for glider, which freed up T, etc. If you only choose to use one of these sections for your keybinds, I highly recomend this one.
Vehicle

This is where things get a little tricky, because I've switched the brake and turbo keys. It takes some getting used to, but I feel it's worth it Other than that I just made parking brake and utility F7 and F8 respectively.
Scope

Literally nothing to say here.
Conclusion
So that's it. You may or may not like the buttons I've chosen, or you may not want to get a new mouse. These are just the keybinds that work for me, and I imagine other Planetside 2 shared gamers. Feel free to comment about ideas I haven't thought of.
