VENOM SNAKE PACK FOR XCOM2

This pack adds a voice pack for Venom Snake to XCOM 2 - 124 lines for most actions in the game. Venom
doesn't talk much so I specifically set the pack up so blank sounds will play to reduce the frequency of what he says even more. Check the female voice selection for a Quiet riot too.

V1.1 increases the volume of Snake's lines.

Feel free to do what you want with this pack, as long as you credit me (James 'Jblade35' Stanfield)
and the guys below as well.
