Mallcrasher, is not an stealth mission but can be done without too much trouble so I did, first, there are several setups for the entrance, so first figure which one it is then react  accordingly.

There are some things you can break and will make an alert sound within a radius, so you have to make sure no one is within hearing range. Out of the things that are available to break you got all the glass walls on the exterior, and the ceiling and wall lights.

If the customers are on the tables outside, you cant break stuff on the walls on their side or the glass walls at the front,but you can shoot the glass walls to the side and the ceiling light furthest from them. If they are on the corner inside you cant break most stuff, if they are not so on the corner but inside the same but you can break the glass walls furthest from them on the front. You may get a resting lady at the center of the room too, she covers everything but the front glass walls that the previous customers wont hear. The glass walls generate their alert from the point of impact of your bullets, so you can move the alert across its surface by aiming to the correct spot, for the front glass walls you want to shoot at the top right corners (from inside), for the side walls you want to shoot on the divider between the first and second column of panes (if you dont you may alert the clerk on the closest store or the cop if he's close to the stairs).

Bob is always on the phone around the garage entrance, just wait until he hangs up and cross like I did.

Now get inside, the shoe store is done like on the video, be careful as you can be seen across the glass panes on the other side. The jewelry store is a bit tricky but can be done like on the video, make sure the clerk doesnt have line of sight, and be wary of customers entering, as the clerk will go to them. From there the wine store is the easiest, only making the run to enter and leave are an issue, you have to line yourself with the dividers so the clerks cant see you. The car dealer is simple as well, but since its more open you can get trapped, specially if you go towards the clerk. Finally the pear store is super hard to get to because there are a lot of terrain to cover and it has eyes and people walking without places to hide, so it's all about timing.

I get caught right before the end in the most CMON GAME! way possible, did he see me for how long? 0.1 seconds? that's why I kept the video lol. After that I show a successful stealth completion.
