Just a re-skinned version of the sanic NPC which can be found here
I take no credit for coding of this, I only made it look like Nicolas Cage and messed around with the audio files.
For any help or questions, you should probably go to the Sanic workshop page or ask the original creators.

I'll take this down if the original creators Xyxen and Nate Wingman ask.
