That looks fucking fantastic, holy shit, this is what he should of looked like in the second game. This art takes me back to the PD:TH days, ya know, where it was acturally challendging to complete a heist and overkill wasn't money hungery.
Those where the days to be a Payday fan, but now? Not so much.

Karl Lakner (original model of pdth Dallas) and Dragomir Mršić (model and voice of Dragan) have some same facial features, especially eyes

This might be a reason why you think that it's more Dragan than Dallas
