Whenever I try to import my audio files into the content browser it just says that the imports fail

Does anyone know if there is something that needs added for WOTC? I have followed numerous guides over and over trying to make Katana and Mileena voice packs, But none of the guides say WOTC specifically, and maybe it matters that im using WOTC SDK and they are just showing Xcom2 sdk. Hmmm i dunno. For being called modbuddy it isnt very user friendly

Ughhhh I'm having trouble over here. I'm sure I have taken all of the steps correctly but when I debug my voice mod if I select my new boice on the character select screen if I cycle pressing preview MANY times I will occasionally here one of my sound clips and it will be very quiet. (I've increased the sound in the Soundcue properties, no difference) and when I load up in game the character makes no sounds at all.

So I have a small glimmer of hope because I know if I repeatedly press preview, I will hear a sound I input, so something in some way is working. Any tips on what i should be looking to troubleshoot? Short of re-importing and re-linking all sounds I've gone through and nitpicked everything that I think could be causing issues. Thank you.

When I go to actor classes and type in "voicebank" I dont get anything. What is my problem?
