Increase the volume of the voice a little.

BECAUSE WHO ELSE WOULD ENJOY DRIVING THE ALIENS TO EXTINCTION?!

This is my first mod in Xcom 2, so any feedback on how to improve this would benefit me alot. Those who could guide me step by step would be a MEGA bonus.
