Go to steam support. http://help.steampowered.com and log in.

Click on >Games, Software, Etc. and then in the search box, look for Tow Truck Simulator. Alternatively, if it is in your recent games history, you can simply click it there.

Request a refund by hitting the option "It's not what I expected."

From there, you are able to choose the option to Request a Refund. Choose the method, either through your steam wallet or straight into your credit card on file and wait for the steam gods to give you your money back and you've properly learned how to play!

If you've played more than 2 hours of Tow Truck Simulator 2015, then there is only one other way to properly learn how to play such an atrocity.

Follow steps 1 and 2 and choose "I want to permanently remove this game from my account."

At this point choose, "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently." And you've properly learned how to play!
