Arcade graphical effects removal - Attila's version

This is the Attila's version of the mod I've created for Total War:Rome II ( http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=186924703 ). It aims to remove all the "cartoonie" graphical effects from the game, such as:


IN THE CAMPAIGN MAP

- The symbol that appears above armies when they gain experience

- The light around armies and agents when you select them in the campaign map.

- The light above cities when you select them in the campaign map.

- The confetti when edicts are activated

- The coins around armies/navies when they are raiding

- The fire arround the zone of control when you select a settlement or army

- The yellow light around besieging armies

- The white light around war coordination targets

IN BATTLES:

- the graphical effect above capture points when they are being conquered.

- The red symbol that appears near gates
