Some other ideas, is bad upper GPU ram. Try testing your GPU ram with one of these two tools below. Just to make sure GPU ram is good in video card.

lol. well make sure ur graphics are updated. and sometimes my games pause and make buzzing sounds because my pc is too hot. So maybe give a break if youve had it on a long time

happens all the time with windows 10 because the drivers are shit and games arent updated to windows 10 yet

Your GPU or PSU seems like failing.

May want to check your graphics card if you're getting graphical artifacts :P
