I have a lot of them now though, so I thought I might as well upload them :p

The only way to use them online is if everyone in the match owns them (unless you're the owner of the mod, which allows you to use them at any time).

I never learned how to convert to .hat files and I'm too lazy/busy to do it anyways, sorry.
I know there's a way to do it yourself after downloading the mod though, so you could try figuring that out :p

Dude this is awesome I need that top left one.. Ik everyone asks but are there .hat files? Idk how to use them online otherways.
