Somebody needs to figure out how you can get larger "surveyors" to spawn and descend from the sky, I've only seen "michael" but who knows how many more there could be.

Is there anything by way of a beginners guide/tutorial that has more 'meat' to it? I'm curious for more information about things like rarity % of items, impacts of skills points, and how to get beyond only finding level-1 rated items.

I was looking through the music files in the game, and I found normal4.ogg. I don't remember hearing this in the game. At all. Is it actually used and I just happened to never hear it, is there some kind of easter egg..? Am I missing a really obvious secret?

Hatches show up in friendly bases & outside of bases too. Sometimes you can spot them on the map as little grey squares.

Ah ok! I have a strange seed in which there are no enemy bases anywhere near mine, so I'll have to keep exploring. Thanks for the great game!
