Description

My 4-4-2 tactic I decided to share as I've had success with it. I have won the Portuguese premier league with Victoria Setubal (See pictures) in the 1st game season. I have won the Championship with Leeds Utd going on a 45 game unbeaten streak (lost the 1st game of the season lol) And have also had success with Porto and Tottenham

All players are on individual training in there position/role

During preseason players don't have rest days before or after friendly matches and team training main focus is balanced and intensty level high. I do not play any friendly games within 7 days of the season starting.

At this point I switch to allow rest days before and after match and the team training main focus is defensive positioning and again intensty level high.

Your Tactic is CRAP!! I'v just lost 7-3 to Derby County with Leeds Utd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a brilliant Tactic, im 10 games in using it, averaging 60% possession a game, not conceded yet and won every game

sorry i don't really understand. So u mean that u switch to main focus teamwork. and when the season begin u switch them back to allow rest day before and after match and the team training main focus is defensive positioning and again intensty level high ???

best tactic ever im cambridge united and top of league 2 in the semi final of the fa cup and had to beat mansfield, port vale, mk dons, brighton and west brom to get there now im playing southampton
