Hello everyone. I have created a program which allows you to play Singleplayer/Zombie with any FoV you like, and without having to bind the cg_fov command to a button, and pressing the button all the time.

How to use the program?

This is how it works:

You start the program, and select your Black Ops Folder.
Then, after selecting any FoV value between 65 and 120, you press the "Patch Campaign/Zombies" button.
This will cause the game to set the FoV to your desired value everytime you walk forward in-game.
Please notice that Black ops does not use VAC in Singleplayer/Zombies, so you CAN NOT get banned when using the patcher.

New version 0.2b is released, fixing FoV not changing when playing online. Also removed the feature to change FoV for multiplayer, as you can do that without risk in the options menu in-game.

Since everyone in this thread was losing their minds over malware, here's one I've used for the last 3 years. It works for WaW, MW2, Black Ops, and MW3.

Click "CoD.SCZ.FoV.Changer.exe" to download and run it.

don't have the source code anymore and got the download stats from my previous hoster before i switched to google drive. Like i said, feel free to use any other fov changer if you dont trust this one

As I see in your previous comment you have "over 100 downloads", Google Drive doesn't AFAIK provide analytics on how many times a public facing file was downloaded. Most likely a RAT bound to a "clean" program and attached during compile, the fact VT + Defender (Defender is notoriously useless) is showing warnings for other users definitely show's this is something more than it seems, maybe upload the open source code somewhere for people to clone if you didn't and don't want scrutiny and accusations of malware.

Hear me out right, if this wasn't malware and you "wrote it 7 years ago"... why a dodgy direct download of a pre-compiled binary which could be FUD or encrypted to hide a payload stub or instruction within a call to memory conveniently hidden away from any user-interaction... You could have taken the source code and uploaded it for FREE on a multitude of platforms for those of us to build + compile it ourselves and mess around with the code. Dodgy, be careful downloading stuff like this folks. People surely don't lie on the Internet or Steam of all places.

Very safe software! I got 0 viruses, 0 malware, although my Windows Defender did talk about some possible trojan viruses that i could've gotten from this "FoV patcher"

no virus, easy to install and easy to configure and being updated nice the only problem i was into was the controller was not an option for the controls so to change the fov just go forward in game with keyboard and here you go you can play with a controller with no problem

there is no malware, i made this program myself over 7 years ago. All it does is edit the config file of the game. But there are a lot of alternatives out there that actually modify game code to change FoV, so feel free to go for those if you don't trust this one
