Combine Proto Prison Guard

Prior to the formation of the Overwatch Transhuman Arm, something had to watch over the innumerable political prisoners incarcerated at the newly repurposed Nova Prospekt Gulag. Thus, the Proto Prison Guards were born. Not the cybernetic biomechanical soldiers of the Overwatch, but flesh and bone transhuman solders. Not machine, though certainly not human.
