The Achievements Description States: Find and secure the goat in the Firestarter heist on the OVERKILL difficulty or above.
This means we’ll be doing the Firestarter Job found under Hector on Overkill Difficulty or above. I think this includes Pro-Job version but I’m not 100% sure, but I’d assume so.
This is On 2nd day only that the safe will spawn and the achievement be unlocked.

I’d recommend having multiple people for this so one people can carry the Server and another will carry the Goat as you can’t secure the Goat until you have the server room unlocked. Also having an Upgraded drill, C4 and/or Saw to speed up the process.

Once you start enter from the left side of the FBI building and the downstairs loot room you’ll find the safe in there, it being a Big Goat Safe.


Drill, C4 and/or Saw the Door open.



Once this is all done secure the Server and the Goat and both the Achievement will unlock and the Safe. As of recording this I’m not sure if you have to finished the whole heist but I would just to be safe.
