Go under the same section as shown on the screenshot to find where to find the engine controls section, you can revert back to mouse aim after and those will still work

Now I explain some stuff usefull to know with those control

If you use the "Control for all engine" key, it will only turn all engine control on

To turn out a single engine you have to deselect all the other one by one (a notification is shown but will also hide the other engine notifications)

Its usefull when you have 1 engine overheating much faster than the other yet don't want to throttle all engine down to cool it down, so you can lower the throttle on this specefic one whilst having full power on all the other

Yet doing so might slightly make you plane turn due the the force vector exerced by the engines traction not being the same on both wings

When on fire, instead of turning them all off, you can turn that one off so the other engines make you dive faster and so increase chance to survive engine fire

Have to say it, only for engine fire, turning engine off for fuel tank fire is as usefull as trying to dry out a river with a spoon

In AB you need to lower the throttle to 0% or it will restart most likely
