yaYA!!! tem update!!!!!

Replaces the advisors with Undertale characters. Not that anyone listens to them anyways...
But now you might as well, with various lines replaced with more thematically appropriate ones.

Guest Starring:
Mettaton as the Foreign Advisor
Undyne as the Military Advisor
Temmie as the Economic Advisor
Alphys as the Science Advisor

These changes will take effect regardless of which civ you play as.
