Main mission is the main story of Hounds. As the story flows, there are 2 difficulties (Normal/Challenge) players can play. Players gain items to use in game, and understand the story of Hounds through the Main mission. This is a dungeon-like content with RPG elements, and users can gain better items through Challenge mode, which requires a full party.

Inter mission is the supplementary story of Hounds main story. As the main mission, there are 2 difficulties (Normal/Challenge) players can play.

Sub mission is an independent story, that doesn’t effect Hounds story. Player can gain Gold rewards through this mission. There’s only Challenge mode in Sub missions.

Boss Mission is defeating Boss Monsters, and the difficulty depends on the NPC securing the Boss.This mission is similar to Raid contents in MMORPG, There’s only Challenge mode.

Independent from the main story, Special Missions are provided.There are missions such as Stage Clear / Wave / Rescue / Escort etc.There’s only Challenge mode in Special missions.

Missions open after the preceding mission is completed, and this can be checked when players mouse over the title of the mission.
