1. Go to console
2. Write +right
3. Now you will spin around, that will make you move all the time so you won't get kicked (if not you're team kick you)

Alternatively you can sit in a corner with LMB taped down
Note: not recommended with ff on
Note2: your team will still hate you
Note3: Only for shot time use
Note4: use a gun with lotta ammo
