In this guide I will be ranking the Civs from best to worst. Note: This is not 100% accurate and it depends on how you play them.
This is not my personal ranking, it's data I've researched on the internet.

Hmm. This list confuses me... For some reason both Venice and Japan are in the bottom five. I wish you gave reasons beside the civilizations, even just small explanations for the ranking.

Venice is really good in single player. However, they rely heavily on trade routes, which experienced players will plunder as much as possible if they know Venice is in the game.

Venice can be insanly powerful in multiplayer ive seen many cases in which venice buys city states friendship and wins diplomatic and even if you dont do that the gold income is still very powerful

Germany economically keep more troops for a lower price to another civ, that is how i do well in domination

Also, poland should be number 1 easily, Solidarity and ducal stables are just super broken
