hmm, i put this Building in my own Buildingset. When the House spawn, it have no Textures and is black :(

Hi Harrywd11. I use 3D programs like Blender and 3ds Max. I don't have too much knowledge on any other modern 3D modeling programs. I recommend Blender though because it is free and has a large community. Once you make a 3D model in Blender you can export it as a FBX file which is used by Unity games such as City Skylines.

Hi Eistein, there is a 4x3 lot in my workshop. I wanted to add this one specifically to fit some stuff in the backyard.

Looks good. Though I think it woud fit more "snuggly" on a 4x3 lot. Not many custom building of that size, so it would appear more often as well :)
