Destructive C4

Beskrivning
A C4 addon that unfreezes and unwelds props in the explosion radius.
Makes those hard to raid bases, a little easier to raid.

Derived from "C4 for DarkRP" which was also derived from the m9k c4.

Configure in lua/autorun/autorun.lua

Holy lagging mother of lag, think you went a little overboard on the explosions? Either that or mine glitched and exploded for about 10 seconds or so.
