Just two, but they're nothing too major. The game does seem to do a poor job auto-generating LOD models.
That seems to be its LOD model. When you're far enough away from any building in the game, their LOD model is loaded, which is basically a lower quality version of the normal model. In this case, their LOD model is that of a blue outline with no texture. You can fix this by changing the Level of Detail in the options menu to "high." Or, I believe there is a mod that reduces the chance of the LOD models being loaded, so you would consistently see the full quality models.
