This is just a small tweak for those who'd like to disable their controller or joystick in closure.

FAQ :
-why not simply unplug your joystick/controller ? Because, it's kinda unpractical bending under my desk, & unplugging it at the back of my computer
-why not buy a USB hub or USB cord ? 3 reasons
a : desk space (much more of the device USB cord will be ON my desk, instead of UNDER my desk + the USB hub or cord bought)
b : don't really want to buy an object just to circumvent something I can configure
c : plugging & unplugging constantly a device is sure to use it prematurely even if the USB standard was done for exactly this purpose.
