I decided to go ahead and make my own theme for TPB's Terrain Themes Mod. I wanted to get a look that felt cohesive and earthly with a more natural tone over all. I've adjusted most of the textures and colors. To get the same look in the screenshots I highly suggest subscribing to BloodyPenguin's Daylight Classic mod. It personally is an essential must have mod if you are going to play this game.

I used the Tropical Biome when I created this but I've enabled it to work in all Biomes.
I urge you to try this out and compare it for yourself against the default biomes.
I think you will enjoy what you see, Thanks.

Map in Screenshots is Heavenly Island

Fair enough Shroomblaze, I appreciate you trying and I agree that really doesn't sound like a good system as I understand having to reload so many times is too time consuming and just not practical. I will continue to use this theme via the obsolete mod, I hope that still works, and hopefully CO will improve the theme editor soon!

Well, I was going to update it just now, but after taking a look at the themes editor I really don't feel like updating this. There is no way to check color adjustments in the actual theme editor, you have to enter numbers and restart the game and load a game to check out the results and if its not what you like, restart the game load the theme editor and adjust numbers again and check again. This is not my idea of fun editing, I really don't think I'm going to update this theme until CO fixes it by allowing you to see color adjustments in the actual editor. Talk to them if you want that fix sooner than later.

Here's a feedback thread I started on the official forums about it.

Yes, I will be updating it soon and making some improvement with the new features we have.

Are you planning to create this as a theme using the ingame feature? This is by far my favourite theme and would like to continue to use it! Thanks!

This plus the SpitfireLUT finally gives a combo that doesn't look hyper-saturated or cartoony, but not completely washed-out either. Huzzah!
