When playing defense, during set up take out your pistol and shoot the hostage in the FOOT 2 times ONLY. This will lower the hostages health and make it easier for the enemy to kill the hostage. I have tested this many times and there have been inccidents where my team thought i was a troll and killed me. In the instances i won the match for my team and they apologized and thanked me. Please inform your team before doing so. Keep in mind that 3 bullets will down the hostage. And make sure that the hostage isn't sqirming when you try to shoot him. Don't use a revolver or it might insta-down him.

(Attacking) If you some how get possesion of the hostage while attacking run towards a trip mine and kill your self this will end the match and give you the victory. In theory, electified wire should work if you drop the hostage in it or stand in it with the hostage.

When attacking it is best not to use fuze unless you are a skilled player as this will mostly if not used correctly kill the hostage.

Place Barbed Wire around the hostage when defending, this will slow the hostage taker allowing you to easily shoot him and hear him take the hostage. If you have a battery place that on the outer wire to not down the hostage, placing it on the wire close to the hostage will injure him till he is down and after he is down it will kill him.

Keep Track of hostage locations when playing ranked, you are only allowed to use one room each game. If a room has been used by the enemy team before do not bother looking and searching the room for the hostage and proceed to the next usable location.

A person can only be revived once, including DOC. If you haven't been revived yet, and are low on health, and are defending have your team mate shoot you in the foot. He can revived you for 50 health. A DOC would work better for 75 health.
