Okay, i guess i have to explain a little.
Lilac the Sonic Fangirl

The first character you will go to period and the one that is the most easy to learn and will feel a little familiar if you've played rocket knight or Sonic The Hedgehog. She is quite the beast to speedrun but this is a guide for surviving hard mode. Lilac is not just a really fast pretty face though, she can pack quite the punch with her abilities.


Cyclone.
This ability is your double jump (Or down jump if you want to do a land cyclone) this ability is Bread and Butter of Lilac as it gives her some nice movement options, doesn't do big damage but hits multiple time. Also its animation looks really elegant. The things that you can do with this move are: Interrupt it via a normal attack, Use it RIGHT as you use a spring for a little boost in the air. Double Jumping (duh). Poke at bosses.

Dragon Boost.
Imagine a Better Sonic spindash that can be used in the air...Or just Rocket Knight's boost...thing...rocket...I don't know. This ability is good, gives you invulnerability, gets you to max speed in low time, has good damage, multi-hits, makes you be able to marry Lilac IRL. This ability does everything...except it wastes all your energy bar so use it wisely. Examples could be: Doing some High damage to not moving enemies. Dodging things that will make Lilac lose her virginity I mean take tons of her health, Speeding up during normal stage running.

SHORYUKEN!...Err, i mean. Rising Slash.
Last important Move in Lilac's arsenal. This thing is basicly Ryu's shoryuken with 25% more hair whips. There is nothing much to this ability except for a exploit that if done right makes Lilac go higher using it. Press X+Z+UP at the same time...atleast that is how i remembered it...gonna have to update this thing...UGH!

Carol "Wildkicks" Tea.
This Wildcat will get Wild on her enemies...Not in that sense you pervert. She has low speed. BUT A High number of things that compensate for her slowness like plenty of moves and the most broken ability that requires you to press ONE.SINGLE.BUTTON.




Wildkicks
Chung Li wishes her Kicks were Like Carol's. As they can be used in Air and They grant COMPLETE Invulnerability to...ANYTHING. Its basicly 1 button god mode if you use it right. Don't spam it though, as it drains her energy bar a lot.

Critical Claw
Carol after doing Certain Moves she will be able to do a Stronger basic attack. Moves that Trigger it are:Motorcycle's boost. Pouncing. and Double jump with motorcycle

Pounce
The name says it all...Its a pounce, it doesn't even do damage except for the Crit Claw.

Roll
Yeah...No explanations for this one neither.

Walljump.
Carol can walljump eternally. Use this to give yourself time and Space.

Motorcycle
In some places around the Level you can see some gas cans lying around. Carol uses them to magically summon her motorcycle (it has 1 and a half petal of life and you still take damage) This gives Carol new abilities like a harder to control cyclone, A instant boost of speed, and she can only use her wildkicks in air.

Milla. The Cutest Dog in Avalice
USE THIS CHARACTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. its...hard to play as Milla, She is one of the few with Four petals of Life (Lilac and Carol got Seven) which makes you play more safe. But good news!. Milla is incredible at Ranged Combat and she laughs at any boss using proyectiles. In hands of an expert she is easily the fastest, strongest and flashiest character in the game so if you plan on mastering her...good luck.

Phantom Block
Mila doesn't count with your usual Melee attack. Instead after a Short casting time she can use alchemy to summon a green block that can be thrown. You can also pick up items like shields and invulnerability crystals.

Shield.
Reflects Proyectiles and if you let go of the button it does a small but quick explotion.

Super Shield Burst Canon Thing.
Block+Shield=Giant Shield that when it Explodes its a giant explotion that does devastating damage.

Flappy Milla
Milla flies for a moment with her ears...nothing special.

Torque The Buzzlight year
When the DLC releases man.

I will just talk about CERTAIN Mid Bosses. Most Likely the ones that give trouble.

Serpentine:
Attack him from behind and NEVER jump on top of him unless you have a Deathwish.

Spade:Calmdown and React according to his moves. If he jumps up go towards him and watch out for his Cards. He might dash from time to time.

Neera Li:
Lilac=Spam Dragon boost and normal attack
Carol=Ice type is weak to Wildkick type
Milla= She is queen of all proyectiles, you block proyectiles...see where im getting to?

Brevon's Ship
Always stay near the bloody ship, if it speeds away you have two options.
Fight it like a Dragon Manly Girl Or like Miss Wildkicks and use your invulnerability...In case that you choosed the puppy get away from the way using the springs and flutter jump.

Oh yeah, its time for the BIG guys!...but lets skip Dragon valley's again as its literally the easiest boss battle in all games in existance.

Not-Psycho-Mantis Robot

Do a preventive strike by removing his arms before the battle starts (Or atleast try to) Then dodge the attacks and attack just when you are safe.

THUNDER CATS...GO!

It shoots things, dodge the things and use invulnerability for the rockets and keep your cool (If Milla just block them) and has a Rage mode.

Princess Dail Of Shuigang 1.0
If you get a Metal shield during the normal Stage. then this fight is a piece of cake as you will block all of his attacks except when you do enough damage against him and tries to ram his Oversized ♥♥♥♥ Chicken on your Face. Jump to dodge.

Serpentine gets in the choppah.

1st Phase...Its the mid boss serpentine
2nd Phase is still easy he will summon some enemies throw some rocket and stuff that you have to jump. after you do some damage to serpentine's vehicle Milla will come (Or if you are Milla then no one) and throw some flower petals for you

Syntax running Windows 98

do damage to core. go to the middle of the arena then go up when you see a giant ball coming your way then "GG IZ".

Furry Twisted Fate...I mean Spade
Its like the midboss

Pangu the Holodragon

Damage dots, dragon boost up to dodge the lazer of doom walk right to dodge his other two attacks and if eye glows yellow then hit it.

Princess Dail of Shuigang 2.0

Dragon boost or wall jump to hit him during his talk or the fight watch for his following proyectiles and electricity thing. If her goes to the ground change to normal attack then head to the nearest wall to dodge the attack. Rinse and Repeat.

Syntax running Windows 10

She just kinda shoots up and down so attack her in that time, go to the left as it becomes a train she will shoot a proyectile up, then it goes down to your feet. So jump. she gets a spin that makes her invulnerable and does damage then a pogo jump. But then we have her rage mode (When boss says "You know what?. Im gonna kill you with all my power" sorta like enemies in Dragon Ball Z) go all the way right and hit her with normal attacks meanwhile dodging proyectiles.

Serpentine goes Super Saiyan
So, mutated serpentine, it has a rage mode that makes him quicker, a charge a jump and shoot kinda thing and its flamethrower aka jump simulator.

MILLA WHAT DID THEY DO TO YOU MAH GIRL!?

Mutated Milla has tons of proyectiles, no shields and its quite easy just...dont get hit by any of her attack. (there is no Milla version of this bossfight sadly)

Brev in yo' hissle m8.
Phase 1. Ship thing with add missiles and no springs.
Phase 2. Brevon goes into a Mech, it gets a dash that leaves a trail of fire (spoiler alert: just jump and you will be fine) a attack with four proyectile shots. A explotion kind of attack you need to get away from. And he rips off Lilac's dragon boost (spins, gets invulnerability and bounces at surfaces)
Phase 3. The most dangeous of the Three. Brevon gets a dagger slash that removes most of your health (Jump). a pistol shot in the air (Dodge), a grab (Its harmless), Some mines (Avoid) and a flight attack (Right, Right, Left on normal, and avoid the side he is coming from on hard.). Is the only boss with health bar so take advantage of that.

(Seems like Breadvon fase 1 and 2 also have a health bar, there are tube things in the middle of the battle green is for fase 1 and orange is for fase 2)
