The DLCs not appearing in-game seems to be a problem for some people, i had the same problem and i couldnt find a solution mentioned anywhere. its due to mods and putting the launch options line in without a period. if you are not using mods and the dlcs are (still) not appearing i cant help :( sorry but

If Using Mods...

and your DLC is not appearing it is most likley the Launch Options are missing the period on the end. add the period or copy/paste this:
"--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs ."
including the period on the end.

and *poof* DLC works.

@scribbie Sounds like a crazy workaround. @Manji Glad i could help, all i was using was the no intro mod as well and the no dlc was driving me crazy. hope this helps

I uninstalled a Mod before my save was Autosaved. So I got them back that way, the mod didnt even work >_<
