What's the best armour for a sign and damage dealing combo? If I must choose, I favour signs more, incase there's not an armour for what I previously mentioned

As a heads up; there are 2 viper sets as well, the early game set and a later game set if you own the DLC. Because they aren't "main" sets they don't matter too much, but just in case you want to add them :)
