The guns in this guide is modded primarily for the looks, so the weapons may not be very viable.

This build is primarily going to be a pistol build, as this is a standard police man, not SWAT. Therefore, most police are armed with pistols and in rare cases shotguns, so the build will primarily focus on pistols and shotguns.

The main skills needed are:
Cable Guy Aced: Handcuffs?
Endurance Aced: Just Because its Good
Dominater Aced: Arresting (aced is not required)
Equilibrium Aced: Pistols
Gunslinger: Pistols
Inspire Aced: Because its Good

The rest are optional the set up I have now is the one I prefer. You can change where you want to put the rest of the points are up to you. However, you will have to get some filler skills to make your way up the tree.
Enforcer

The main skills you need are:
Transporter Aced: Because its good?
Die Hard Aced: It helps with your survivability, which you are using either a light weight balistic vest or suit
Underdog: I prefer it aced, but its a filler skill and fits my "run in and kill everything" play-style
Shotgun Impact Aced: Its a shotgun build
Shotgun CQB: Its a shotgun build and its not aced because nobody needs steel sight speed
Stun Resistance Aced: Flashbangs are a real problem later in the game

The rest of the skills are up to you, I prefer getting ammo specialist as I like versitlity.
Technician

The only reason you would invest in technician is if you either use rifles, which are for the SWAT or if you want "breaches" aka C4. But for now, there are no points going to be spent in Technician.
Ghost

Its the standard movement utility skills, but if you don't know them and can't see the picture here are the basic skills needed for ghost:
Sprinter Aced: Because Movement
Fast Hands Aced: Because Utility
Cleaner: Extra Damage for 1 point (not aced)
Shinobi: Because Movement (not aced)

There are not really any other skills that you would want to put in Ghost, as this is suppose to be a loud build.
Fugitive

The main skills you need are:
Hidden Blade: A little less concealment is handy
Thick Skin Aced: You will either be wearing a light weight balistic vest or a suit
Duck and Cover Aced: Extra Dodge looks pointless but may be useful
Run and Gun: Extra Mobility

Now that you know all the skills, you can use any extra points to get what you want, such I got daredevil aced.

Perk Deck
There are 3 main perk decks:

Grinder, the best one for loud

Crook, if you want to run a Light Weight Ballistic Vest

Rogue, if you want to run a suit
Primary Arsenal
There are 2 Primary weapons that standard police wield. One being the M4A2/M4A3 and the other being the Benelli M4 Super.

The first, and what I think the worst is the M4A2/M4A3 also known as the AMCAR. The AMCAR should have the milispec mag, wide stock, and you can have the choice to put on a long barrel
This is what it should look like in game:

The second primary is the Benelli M4 Super, also known as the M1410. Police are given a standard 12G shotgun, and this is the closest to basic you'll get. The M1410 should have the long barrel and the Tactical forgrip.

Secondary Arsenal
We have a lot more secondaries as many standard police forces do not require the fire power of a primary and would prefer a pistol to use. There will be 5 pistols, the Glock 22, USP45, Beretta 92FS, M19-11, and the P226R.

The Glock 26, also known as the Chimano Custom is the most common gun released to standard police units. All you need is a long slide and optionally a platypus grip.

The USP45, also known as the Intercepter .45 is commonly known as a standard combat pistol. All you need to add is a expert slide.

The Beretta 92FS, also known as the Berneti 9, replaced the M19-11, the next gun in both the military and in police forces. You just need to add a bling grip.

Though it looks more similar without the grip, I feel it gives the gun an old fasion feel.

The M19-11, also known as the crosskill, was once used in the military and in police forces, however as said above was replaced by the Beretta 92FS. Just add a bling grip and a vented slide.

Finally, the P226R, also known as the Sig .40 is used by German Police, I just thought it looked really cool. Just add a Two Tone Slide and an Ergo Grip.

Melee Arsenal
There are 3 main melee weapons that you can use

Buzzer
Telophoic Baton
Ursa Tanto Knife (non-dlc)
Ending
Like I said, this guide was primarily made for looks and is not effective in higher difficulties. This was my first guide and took over an hour to make. I would also like to thank my friend, Salt is My Favorite Flavor for Proof-Reading This. That is all, and remember
