Here is location and place on map where you can find him. I found him when I was exploring volcano.

I don't know if he is some real person like one of the devs, but he have own voice lines. When you come to him you can hear him talking with phone about how he rests away from the Medici and how he is sick of the war. After attacking him he have very own voice lines and tell you to leave him alone.

for the people that don't know the reference, this is an easter egg from the 2000 movie "Castaway" were a Fedex manager goes missing in the middle of the pacific ocean when his plane crashes into the sea and he is forced to survive off of the land and sometimes Fedex packages from the downed plane wash ashore.
